Our founder, Matthew Rashleigh, developed his passion for antiques from an early age, beginning to trade alongside his grandfather at just 13 years old.
Over the years, that passion became a career spanning more than three decades, including experience with Christie’s auctioneers, Covent Garden Market and the international antiques trade.
Today, that experience is at the heart of Country Clearance. Whether we’re helping a family clear a loved one’s home or assessing an individual antique, we bring the same level of knowledge, honesty and attention to detail.
